Faculty Council

The Faculty Council is a Faculty’s expert body consisting of all teachers appointed to the scientific and teaching academic titles; of teacher, associate, and professional associate representatives; and of undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate student representatives.

The Faculty Council adopts the Statute and other general acts of the Faculty, elects the Dean and Vice Deans, initiates and conducts appointment procedures pertaining to the scientific, scientific‐teaching, teaching, and associate academic titles, adopts the budget and the Faculty’s balance sheet, decides on all issues related to teaching, scientific, and professional activities of the Faculty, and discharges other duties stipulated by the law, the Statute of the University of Osijek, the Statute of the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek, and by other general acts of the University and the Faculty.
